Design to Build Solutions Ltd recently delivered a high-quality flat roof installation as part of a residential improvement project in Chesterfield. Designed to offer long-term performance and weather protection, the work reflects our practical approach to delivering reliable, well-finished solutions across both joinery and roofing projects.

Scope of Work

The brief was to install a robust flat roof system across a 48 square metre area, providing a secure and low-maintenance finish that would perform in all seasons. The project combined structural preparation with a modern, high-spec membrane to ensure long-term resilience and a clean, professional look

Services Delivered

We began by fitting 18mm OSB boards to create a strong and stable base. Once secured, the roof was fully covered with a Firestone EPDM rubber membrane – a durable, UV-resistant solution known for its flexibility and extended lifespan. The Firestone system was cold-applied for added safety and precision, ensuring a watertight seal across all joints, edges, and outlets.
